บริษัท ยูเวิร์ค999 จำกัด ประกอบธุรกิจในการให้บริการรับเหมาก่อสร้าง โดยทีมงานวิศวกร และผู้เชี่ยวชาญทางเทคนิคที่มากด้วยประสบการณ์ โดยเริ่มก่อตั้งเมื่อปีพ.ศ.2555 อันเกิดจากแนวคิดของผู้บริหาร ซึ่งเดิมดำเนินกิจการบริษัทออกแบบ และติดตั้งวิศวกรรมระบบประกอบอาคาร ภายใต้ชื่อ บริษัท นีโอ727 จำกัด ต่อมาจึงได้จัดตั้งบริษัทฯ ขึ้นมา เพื่อให้บริการงานก่อสร้างอย่างมีเอกภาพ และครบวงจร

ปัจจุบันบริษัทฯได้รับความไว้วางใจให้ดำเนินงานก่อสร้างอาคารชุดพักอาศัยชั้นนำ อาทิ บริษัท แกรนด์ ยูนิตี้ ดิเวลล็อปเม้นท์ จำกัด ซึ่งอยู่ในเครือ บริษัท ยูนิเวนเจอร์ จำกัด (มหาชน), บริษัท เอสซี แอสเสท คอรปอเรชั่น จำกัด (มหาชน), บริษัท ชีวาทัย จำกัด (มหาชน).
